I do not believe in random co-incidences or accidents. Yes I do Believe in Serendipity and that is also an outcome of good, concentrated, planned hard work and efforts.
As I was writing this post early morning on the Tilak of Lord Balaji I received a message from a dear one that he was at Tirupati Balaji- the abode of The Big Boss- Lord Balaji for darshan and Tonsure ceremony of the Son of another dear member of the Gemstoneuniverse family.
Now, Straight to the topic- The Tilak that adorns the Forehead of Lord Balaji is very unique. In fact till today there has been no authoritative work that signifies the true meaning of the Tilak/ Namam.
Even the Honourable Supreme Court of India took the middle path and directed the two principle sects to put their version of tilak by rotation every 15 days.
The Balaji tilak for the sake of simplicity is a mixture of the three English Alphabets. V- U-I.
The V in the Sides represent the two sacred nadis Ida and Pingala- The U represents the sacred Sushumna Nadi and the Shukranu- The Vital Life Force- Sperm.
The V and U are white and the I is red covering most of the forehead and eyes of the Lord because his eyes radiate too much power which most devotees cannot handle.
The 3 sacred nadis and the 3 sacred rivers.
The Ida Nadi charts its course from the left testicle to the left nostril and the brain. This nadi is cool, compassionate, feminine, Soft, Understanding and represents the energy and flow of the Pavitra Ganga/ The pure Ganges River. This is the Lunar Channel representing the moon.
The Pingala Nadi charts its course from
the right testicle and is the Solar channel Representing the Energy of The Sun. It is masculine, has active energy similar to the Yang Energy in Chinese, Its robust, action oriented and it controls heating and temperature in the body. This is a Solar channel representing the Sun and the Sacred river Yamuna.
The Sushumna Nadi Is the central channel connecting all chakras from the Mooladhar- The Base chakra To the Crown Chakra. and represents the dawn of true self realisation the ultimate goal of man. This is the place where all magic of the growth hormone and pineal gland happens- The Secret power of the Superstars. It represents the Power of the river Saraswati and is represented by the I symbol and red colour.

Let’s be brief and try to get the most significant points from the above discussion:
Place your finger horizontally under your nostrils, keep breathing naturally, and now you will observe that air or the flow of Prana is predominant only from one nostril. This pattern will keep shifting throughout the day. Sometimes airflow will be more from the left, then to the right and vice versa.
What is the application of the above point -for example if you are doing something that requires a lot of action, discussion, debate initiative, courage, force, then do that activity when the airflow from the right is predominant. Secondly, or conversely if you require something that requires peace serenity a calm disposition rest, meditation and prayers. Do that activity when the breathing is primarily from the left nostril .
The Above two points when applied in correct manner will immediately boost your success and satisfaction rate manifold.
The central Canal.- When both the nostrils have same amount of airflow.
It means that the central canal or the Sushma Nadi is open.
For majority of the people- This happens for very brief moments of time.
I will gift a key takeaway, especially for those in the Healing profession
that if the central canal is open, for three days or more for a regular person, then it means that the body is in severe stress and will go into shock because of disease and may lead also to termination of life and hence intervention and healing is immediately required.

There is a white dot in the U shaped part of the Tilak/ Namam and that represents the Vital Life force from which all Yoga manifests- The sperm or the Shukra Anu- Remember make those Fridays count. This Atom and atomicity Is the key difference between the highly successful and others.
For the sake of simplicity, the navel of the human being is the dividing point between the lower body and the upper body.
I have often said that below the navel, every human is a Bhogi or inclined towards sense pleasures and the so-called good things in life &
above the navel, every individual is a yogi- inclined towards higher goals, moksha and getting free from the cycle of birth and death.
One application and implication of this is that- the journey most often starts from down to up.
Conversely, it means unless and until the sense, pleasures and desires of a human are completely experienced at their highest level of ecstasy, the yoga or the spiritual journey will not start or will be flawed .
That My Dear Loved Ones is the super Power of the Tilak of Lord Narayana. Its called as “ POWER NEXT” and is available only to a selected Few.
Now those who are really interested in pursuing Yoga and Tantra should first look at Prana( Breath) and unblocking the 3 channels and that manifests by Sadhana.
