At Rashtrapati Bhawan Complex- The President House-Of The World's Largest Democracy- India- Bharat- Hindustan-Northern Block.
I met an ambassador of a powerful European country and He asked me- Guruji- What makes India exist fairly peacefully despite so much diversity, religions, languages etc.
He had interesting thoughts of the Great Bharat where language, diction, water and customs change every 25kms/ miles( for those who are sticklers for accuracy) can put whatever unit that rocks your world- But THAT is NOT important.
The Important Part.
I told him that India is resplendent, glorious and free because we are blessed with the Tapa and Tapasya of our sages.
Each Indian Follows Tapasya which in pure Sanskrit actually means going through Heat and Fire. A spiritual regimen that makes us GOLD.
But for European sensibilities And those who came in late through English Medium Education system I will explain TAPASYA in a more lucid manner.
India is Great because of TAPASYA/ तपस्या
T: Tolerate
A: And Accept
P: People
A: As
Y: YOU
A: Are
Once you don't force anyone and accept, behave and act with people as you are diversity becomes UNITY and That Is India.
As of this moment the President House is a high secure Z plus security zone. On this day no media or photography is allowed as Parliament is in session and The Mighty Country is gearing up for the republic day celebration on 26th January. No tourists also allowed in this zone as of now- Portions will be open for tourist visits post 26th Jan.
The Fun part as I left the Rashtrapati Bhawan and instructed the Driver to stop The Car so that I could Get down and breathe the fresh air and experience the quintessential Delhi Cold (Dilli Ki Sardi) A car stopped by me and I heard Jai Ho Guruji Ki.
Some Media friends- Sheer Serendipity Stopped and we had a nice Dua, Salam and Hello and that laid the foundation for the evening- That is another story.
I love these interactions and a kind soul captured this beautiful candid moment from mobile- shared later with me.
It is Said in the Holy Quran- That If someone greets you and you do not greet back It is a Qarz- A debt that follows you.
