The Guruji’s 9×12 Way — From Nazakat to Nafasat- Delicacy to Refinement & everything In Between
When your Biryani has all these 9 elements- Get in touch with me- I shall teach Gemology & Gem Therapy and then maybe we shall teach each other- LIFE
“Fragrance in the air, light in every word,
This is the true intoxication of refined culture.”
“फ़ज़ा में महक, लफ़्ज़ों में नूर,
यही है तहज़ीब का असल सुरूर।”
Here are the 9 fundamental virtues of the 9:12 way that sets apart grace from the grotesque:
“The 9×12 Way — where refinement is not an act, but a way of breathing
Guruji Shrii Arnav
1. Nazakat (Delicacy)
Doing everything with such softness and grace that it captivates the heart.
Example: Before holding a rare Blue Sapphire, gently cleanse your hands — so its energy flows unobstructed.
2. Nafasat (Refinement)
Not just doing something, but elevating it to the highest level of beauty and discipline.
Example: Serving tea with perfect cup selection, ideal warmth, pre heating the cup and graceful presentation.
3. Niyamat (Blessing)
Recognising every good thing as a divine gift — and being grateful for it.
Example: Receiving the guidance to choose a gemstone is not just a purchase, it’s a life-changing opportunity.
4. Nigahat (Elevated Vision)
Not just seeing what is in front, but having far-sighted vision.
Example: In gem trade, seeing the five-year future value of a stone before others can.
5. Nisbat (Sacred Connection)
Creating meaningful relationships with everything you do and own.
Example: The Guru–disciple bond that deepens the power of a gemstone.
6. Nishanat (Symbol)
Leaving a signature mark that reflects your unique style.
Example: A distinctive gemstone mounting that people instantly recognise as “Guruji’s work.”
7. Nusrat (Divine Help)
Receiving the right help at the right time — and embracing it.
Example: A client unsure about their life path finds the right gem at the right time, transforming their journey.
8. Nadrat (Precious Rarity)
Recognising the value of what is rare.
Example: A one-of-a-kind high-quality Sapphire from a mine, identified only by those with skill and sensitivity.
9. Nekiyat (Virtue)
Doing not only good work, but doing it with pure intention.
Example: Placing the client’s well-being above profit — the hallmark of true integrity.

And you know what:
The above can be applied to just about everything on your road to royalty- For a start- apply to your BREATHING

My Question to some:
My Friend- From where will you get so much grace, experience and variety.
THAT’S WHY IT IS
GEMSTONEUNIVERSE
And i look forward to meeting you but first start from NAZAKAT.
“When pearls of culture are woven into one’s character,
fragrance begins to pour from the very personality.”
तहज़ीब के मोती जब किरदार में बुन जाते हैं,
तो शख़्सियत से ख़ुशबू-सी बरसने लगती है।”
For Lovers of Hindi/ Urdu- making a short translation below. This is also my attempt to avoid chinese whispers/ selective interpretations:
गुरुजी का 9×12 तरीका — नज़ाकत से नफ़ासत तक
“फ़ज़ा में महक, लफ़्ज़ों में नूर,
यही है तहज़ीब का असल सुरूर।”
⸻
1. नज़ाकत (Delicacy)
हर काम को इतनी नरमी और सलीके से करना कि देखने वाला मंत्रमुग्ध हो जाए।
उदाहरण: जैसे दुर्लभ नीलम को हाथ में लेने से पहले उँगलियों को हल्के से साफ़ करना — ताकि उसकी ऊर्जा बिना रुकावट प्रवाहित हो।
2. नफ़ासत (Refinement)
सिर्फ़ करना नहीं, बल्कि उसे सौंदर्य और अनुशासन के उच्चतम स्तर तक ले जाना।
उदाहरण: चाय पीना हो तो कप का चुनाव, उसकी गर्माहट, और परोसने का अंदाज़ — सब मिलकर अनुभव को उत्कृष्ट बनाते हैं।
3. नियामत (Blessing)
हर अच्छी चीज़ को ईश्वर की कृपा मानना और आभार व्यक्त करना।
उदाहरण: किसी रत्न की सलाह मिलना केवल खरीदने का मामला नहीं, बल्कि एक दिव्य अवसर है।
4. निगाहत (Elevated Vision)
सिर्फ़ सामने देखना नहीं, बल्कि दूरदृष्टि रखना।
उदाहरण: व्यवसाय में, किसी रत्न के पाँच साल बाद के मूल्य को देख पाना।
5. निस्बत (Sacred Connection)
हर कार्य और वस्तु का एक अर्थपूर्ण रिश्ता बनाना।
उदाहरण: गुरु-शिष्य का बंधन जो रत्न की ऊर्जा को और गहरा करता है।
6. निशानत (Symbol)
ऐसी पहचान छोड़ना जो आपके स्टाइल को दर्शाए।
उदाहरण: आपका सिग्नेचर gemstone mounting — जिसे देखकर लोग पहचान लें कि यह गुरुजी का है।
7. नुसरत (Divine Help)
सही समय पर सही सहायता पाना — और उसे अपनाना।
उदाहरण: जब किसी ग्राहक को सही रत्न और सही समय पर मार्गदर्शन मिले और उसका जीवन बदल जाए।
8. नदारत (Precious Rarity)
दुर्लभ चीज़ की क़ीमत पहचानना।
उदाहरण: एक बार खदान से निकला विशेष गुणवत्ता का नीलम — जिसे पहचानने के लिए अनुभव चाहिए।
9. नेकियत (Virtue)
अच्छा काम करना ही नहीं, बल्कि सही नीयत से करना।
उदाहरण: लाभ से पहले ग्राहक की भलाई को प्राथमिकता देना — यही सच्ची नेकियत है।
