HARD TRUTHS In a soft -Graceful Manner- The NEWS way of the Monk and Gemstoneuniverse- The Way ahead
Imagine you are a 6 year old and suddenly one fine day - you decide to renounce the material world- Leave the comfort and security of your house- The Love and protection of your Parents- the sport- camaraderie- candies and decide to live a life of celibacy and austerities- Yes at 6.
Imagine your organised day starting at early morning 03 am and ending at 10 pm in the night fully dedicated to service, self control, learning, enduring pain, on minimal food and drink and minimal words- All in pursuit of understanding , protection and furthering the cause of Dharma-The Path of Righteousness.
Well, that is the way of the Monk whether you are 6 or 60 or 600 and that is what you see in the picture below and in my stories section today.
I humbly bow at the Lotus feet of the Lord of the three worlds - Lord Narayana who really blessed me and all of us to be at such an auspicious day with Sun- Rahu and Venus together with lone moon in Capricorn at the Wat Sutthereyong Monsatery and Temple.
As i completed my duty of giving upadesha ( Sermon of truth) and serving 51 monks aged from 4-13 entering the Sangha and folllowing the path of fire I could’nt help but appreciate those before us and those who will come after us- who do what they do for Dharma and play a vital role in ensuring the world is protected and others live life comfortably. That is the great responsibility borne by all Guru energies to keep the world safe and functional- Jai Gurudev. Om Param Tatvay Naraynay Gurubhayo Namah.
Water is the eternal nectar and life force and it was humbling and at the same time see the beauty of true Guru- Shishya ( Teacher- Disciple) Relationship and equation at work- Post prayers and sermons I had the blessed opportunity to serve water to these 51 souls who have embarked on the path of fire for the greater good. Sathu- Sathu- Sathu- God is Great Indeed.
Grace and restraint are the jewels of the spiritual.
Imagine bringing calm to a manical suicidal patient full of disease , dirt and pain who even hospitals have refused- without judging him and
lovingly taking care just for dharma. That is Dharma and the way. Jai Gurudev
The Next Steps for them is to specialize in different disciplines, choose higher studies and go around the world where people need them most. I will be with them.
Now the news- I have spoken about perception and self justification for ordinariness but the Monks way and the Gemstoneuniverse News way is ever present and ever in action and you do not have to go far. We are just on the 4th day of April and see my posts/ developments of just last 14 days for the News way.

Because our way is to process the “ HARD TRUTHS”=9 so that the world can do what they feel like.
And Doing that at age 6- Go back to the first line of this post- Its a conscious hard choice for the greater good so that other fellow beings can enjoy their popcorn and colas( You can substitute it with anything like vacations, sick leaves, family problems)
But someone has to be ever present to clean those gangrenous smelly wounds and then heal the soul.
