Today’s spiritual game: “OVERTHINKING… But Positively!”- Based on Yesterday’s post and theory..
Yes — let’s do the very thing we’re told not to do… but let’s do it joyfully, consciously, and with a Guruji twist.
ACTIVITY: The Overthink Loop
Note: Keep a paper and pen with you:
Step 1: Write this question:
If I stopped overthinking, would I become careless or more powerful?
Step 2: Answer it- in the mind first and put it on paper. 3 sentences or less.
Step 3: Now overthink your answer.
Add five layers of “But what if…”
Then contradict yourself.
Then worry if this contradiction is a sign of intelligence or instability.
Step 4: Reflect on this:
How many thought-children did your original thought just give birth to?

Step 5: Laugh. You’ve just had a mental baby shower.
