Only Non Anger Overcomes Anger- The Way of the Gautama Buddha with Inputs & My Explanation.
Periodically- I have shared that how Anger can be a self defeating emotion & self limiting emotion especially that goes to silent treatment and silent processing.
Even though an exact definition of Anger will never be found- please allow me to share that anger itself is lack of 5 stages of maturity and a is primarily a mix and match of these 5 emotions-
A: Anger & Angst
N: Non expressional Negativity
G: Grief
E: Emergency Enemy Response
R: Rage
Students, Fans, Disciples following the 
9:12 Pathway will be able to connect the dots.
As I stated in the post title:
Only Non Anger( 9) Overcomes (9) Anger.
Overcome is a bridge that will be imparted to advanced Students.
Let us delve briefly on the 9 worthwhile Virtues to practice that besides overcoming anger will fix many issues in life and some might even find the path.

Namaskars- - Humility
Obedience- Following one’s own minimum standards.
A-Absorbent- Assimilating before Reacting.
N: Non selves- Detaching Self from Ego
G: Gratitude
E: Economise- Conserving Precious Energy
R: Rationale
