At the very outset many auspicious Greetings for the Vara Mahalakshmi Vrata.
I pray that the divine Goddess of wealth and opulence Bless all with auspicious wealth, abundance and prosperity.
As Stated in my earlier conversations all wealth is not created equal but today I shall try to give some tips via a small post.
Fact Set 1
It is important that those who are motivated to do well financially contemplate on this:
" When It comes to money what is important - Quantity or Quality"
For those who do not yet know the significance of quality should think of this timeless idiom and saying:

Two forms of money/ wealth and the two manifestations of money.
The Divine Goddess Lakshmi Manifests in two forms:
Form 1
A-Lakshmi
When this form manifests it makes a person run pillar to post to earn wealth.
Inflow is erratic and the person is always seemingly busy in low return activities or people.
The earning is irregular or too stressful .
They seem to be always engaged in solving problems and justify that as service and they move from one stress situation to another. Example: Sudden Medical expenditure of a loved one.
The Bad Dichotomy Part:
Of and on they get some kind of windfall
or some Get rich quick scheme their way that keeps them hopeful and engaged and poor, stressful and low return activities.
The Unfortunate Part:
Sometimes due to their Good deeds in present and as per their Karmic Quotient Life gives them a breakthrough opportunity or a person who can bring a change in their financial conditions but the veil of Maya is such that they squander it to negative bad patterns such as laziness, small time enjoyment, lack of initiative or such and are back to square 1.
When A- Lakshmi Comes it brings with it
- Too much work in low return activities
- Doubts and suspicion
- Medical expenditure of self or Relatives
- Fear
- Insecurities
- Friction and arguments
- Poor quality of Food and Beverage
- Lack of restful sleep and Bed Pleasures

Two Recent Examples
Example 1
In 2021, An individual sought 15 mins of my time. He ticks all the right boxes. IIT, IIM, 2 internships in fortune 500 companies, A 15 month stint in a top FMCG- Top 25 in south east Asia.
He was one of the co- founders of a promising start up.
Leaving Minor details aside- I asked me- Tell me really your one goal from all this activity.
His answer- Once the listing is over and the valuation is 20-30 times X i will exit and plan to....
I gave him a simple advice: If that is your underlying motivation- this venture will fail and bring you much grief. This is not America and You are not an American neither is your customer. Don't waste your time- But Alas.
Example 2
There is a butler in a 5 star property with roughly 25 years experience.
At the height of the COVID pandemic the Hotel Occupancy was down by nearly 90% and so was the rate of daily walk inns.
His service is fantastic. Whenever he Serves me He makes me feel like a million bucks so
do my acquaintances and guests.
In roughly 2 and a 1/2 years time He bought a 2 Bed Room Condo with just the tips collected from these reduced guests.
That day he said: Boss i can never return what You have given me or what I have learnt from you. I really Feel good.
I told Him: I had also learnt from him and that he deserved it.
For sake of privacy I shall not reveal their identities. Both of them and their situations have been posted on my feed earlier.
Where are we now:
The Brilliant Entrepreneur had a failed start up but is still playing Keeping up appearances and manages to land up in important conference and parties and makes it to magazines.
The Reality: He is living pay-check to
pay check with great stress.
The Butler is more than happy. Guests have returned to Hotel. Besides serving them
he has also been promoted as Head of Training.
A painful Reality:
You know what a Gentleman with an impeccable career now in his late 60's is listed as a Millionaire on Wikipedia approached me for a paltry sum of money to pay his overdue rent and get monthly food supplies for his family.
Course correction
Today's thoughts have all that you need for leading a good and rewarding financial life.
