They Say Don't judge a book by its cover or a person by their looks but inadvertently we all are guilty often of making a judgement or an opinion about something or someone. This becomes like a dead area in the memory and starts creating false or bad experiences.
Judgement can close the heart chakra and takes us farther away from truth and love.
As you go away from truth and love ones starts moving towards fear and shame and from fear and shame emanate shackles and chains of expectation and disappointment.
So today drop the Judgement and be grateful for things and people as they are. As they are is enough and optimum.
Today's Soul Level Exercise
Today see the person you are judging as a child. The child run, falls, make mistakes but is open to suggestion to correct All the time having two primordial desires to be loved and accepted as they are.
Isn't your need the same- Be Loved and Be Accepted as you are! Start by doing it with others and you will see the magic returning manifold to you.
Practice of Removing Judgement
Today's Soul Level exercise has the Mantra of "RELEASE" and unblocks all 7 chakras- energy centres and gives limitless joy. The body is chariot and the soul is the charioteer.
You have to work on both. So with each Mantra emotion we will also do an act of great Charity (Chariot- Charioteer- Charity) to find the great charm of life.
Order
Mantra Emotion contemplate and feel.
Charity Chakra Action- Performing an act of Great Virtue at least once in a Year or once in a lifetime.
- RELEASE -
R: Really- Don't judge- everybody has their unique reality.
Action: Donate Wheat or rice equivalent to bodyweight to needy.
E: Educate- Self education is the key to growth. The day you stop learning something new is the day your decadence starts.
Action: Make a rule in your life that at least once in a month you will learn a new skill or read something new.
L: Love- This is complicated but starts with self-kindness. Stop trying to be perfect as per your vision. Ask others what do you think is the perfect version of me. Be Kind. Drop all Judgement.
Action: Spend sometime in the Blind school. Interact with them and take some sweets for them. Your eyes will really open.
E: Empathise: Understand and share the feelings of others. Let them be.
Action- I bit tough and like self-surgery but it will bring maximum healing. Think of the most hurtful thing ever said to you. Drop that baggage and forgive them. Don't be scared. God and Guru are watching over you.
A: Acknowledge- Acknowledge your talents and limits. See yourself neutrally not critically. Everyone has been blessed with one unique thing that they are best at. Start leveraging that instead of being somebody you cannot be or are not. Start living stop acting.
Action: Go to a hospital and donate some money for medicines for those who cannot afford it.
S: Successfully: You are on the brink of releasing the shackles of Judgement. Juggle your mind and think of your own moment of victory. Think of a situation where you really felt successful. Pray that moment repeats again but 10 fold quantum and pray all associated with you are abundant- Here I have given key to ultimate success and bliss.
Action-Distribute Toys, Sport Equipment and sweets to Orphans or underprivileged children. Do NOT do it online. Go share the love and feel the love.
E: Engage: Seek out God or Guru for Guidance. Spend time with them. Absorb from them with love. God and Guru don't judge. They can hurt sometimes but all the time they take the brunt of bad karma and what reaches you is only a fraction. Ask them for way ahead.
Action: Distribute Books of Prayers in a Holy place to devotees or offer some fruits to Guru Energies- Teacher Energies
Well Experience Release and Be Limitless. You have started an avalanche of self-healing and loads of Good Luck is coming towards you.
Soul Statement:
I release all Judgment. I accept myself and people as they are: Limitless and full of Love.
