Namaskar and Jai Maa Kaalratri!
On this 7th night of Navratri, we bow to the most fearsome and protective form of the Divine Mother—Kaalratri—She who rides the humble yet fierce Dhoomrakarn (the donkey) and destroys illusion in all its forms.
She is the night of time.
She is the flame of fearlessness.
She is the Mother of courage,
who grants not safety, but the strength to walk through danger awake.
So you see the Dhurmakaran is not an ordinary creature of ridicule.
Today two tithis overlap so now Kalratri Shakti and then later towards the even - maa sharda in her Saraswati form waiting to bless us with true knowledge.
May the mother Bless You.

The Energy of Ma Kaalratri
- She burns the lie.
- She burns the mask.
- She burns the shallow intellect that thinks reciting slokas is the same as understanding Dharma.
This night isn’t about lighting candles.
It is about facing the dark corners of your knowing.
And asking:
“What have I chosen to forget?”
“What truth do I fear?”
What truth i avoid and run away- phone aata hai to bhag jaate ho na or phir din par chhupte phirte ho- poocha khud se- Kyon?

The Forgotten Sons and the Forgotten Wisdom
A small but burning section from my Evening Darshan and Satsang- I will replying to a Gentleman who belongs to a royal family in India- He went back with his eyes open:
Yesterday, I asked a simple question.
“You know how many husbands Draupadi had.
But tell me—how many sons did she have?”
Blank stares. Nervous laughter. Dodging. Discomfort.
Because the answer is not fashionable.
It’s not a Netflix plotline.
It doesn’t feed the ego.
It feeds the inner Kaalratri—the part of you that wants to know the truth, even if it burns.
And
Only after truth is faced and ignorance burnt- the journey to the heavens start- till that time Dog’s tail, conflict, fake friends and counsellors- you get the drift!
For the record, she had five sons—the Upapandavas.
And all of them were murdered in their sleep by Ashwatthama.
Yes—Ashwatthama, son of Dronacharya.
Cursed. Immortal.
Still wandering this earth.
But no one wants to talk about that and most don’t know about it.

“To the Goddess who resides in all beings in the form of Shakti,

Dhoomrakarn is not just her vehicle.
He is her symbol—the bearer of forgotten burdens, the carrier of silent truth.
So today… ask.
Even if your voice shakes.
Even if the world frowns.
Because truth isn’t always polite.
Sometimes, it arrives with a sword and rides a donkey.
