First things First- I am determined to keep this post short.
In this busy business of life sometime we make errors of ignoring inevitable destinies - events and circumstances for some- classify what rocks for you.
That being said a loved one called today and recounted a dream in which she saw an amputated elderly loved one in a crawling state unable to perform even the basic hygienic functions and in a lot of pain.
What I shared with her- I will share with you. Dreams and Omens are a different section of interpretations but what she saw was a Karmic Pain Print.
At least 99.9% of the people will ineveitably face this in old age before meeting the maker.
Why this happens is not important.
What should be done is important.
What should be done to delay the inevitable and face the ultimate loss with dignity and a little less of the pain and humiliation.

Just 3 tips
- Keep contemplating on Shri Hari or whatever is your higher power. Revel in their name, chant, mull, contemplate. Always. While working, resting you will be able to do it.
- Keep doing whatever physical workouts you are doing but invest time and energy in resistance training. What is resistance training- example working with Resistance bands not lifting weights.
- Invest and actively finding that person or servant who will be with you in those last moments. This person should not be motivated by love, dedications etc- This person should be motivated by renumeration and responsibility. Anything else or extra is a plus.

Listen and listen Carefully My Good friend If everything happens as per your superior thoughts, wishes and expectations the world would be a friction free and joyous place.
But Alas the reality is quite the opposite so it makes statistical sense to try out the above 3 points for sometime like say 1 month and assess if they are making a positive difference to your life- Yes They will - I know.
