 Happy Republic Day & What Constitutes The Essence of the constitution  Vande Matram- The  9:12

 At the very outset a Very Happy Republic Day to all Brothers and Sisters of India who will be celebrating the Republic day today.

 You all know about the background of this important day so let’s not go there- Let’s try to grasp the essential message of this ever dynamic constitutional power.

 I often say:

ढाई कोस पर बदले पानी

ढाई कोस पर वाणी

सात सुरों के संगम से जुड़े हैं हिंदुस्तानी

हम हिंदुस्तानी

This actually encapsulates how the myriad diversity of our land is effortlessly maintained by this single document called as the constitution.

 In fact it is the only book I have been unable to read in my lifetime. The sheer range of words, emotions, legalese, Laws, Governance, Freedom, RIGHTS( These are the 7 divine notes) are keeping us together and what more free and thriving.

Those elderly fathers who deliberated and finally got it implemented - My Sadar Naman at your feet. A special reference to Respected Ambedkar Ji.

 Let us speak of Freedom of speech a Bit. You know something -Legally you have the right to say what you want- But that is just a literal outcome and interpretation.

You have the right to say what you want and I have the right to say what I want and both are correct and Our constitution gives us that right.

 But when we ensure that we say what is appropriate for the integrity of the nation as a whole then we have taken baby steps towards understanding what actually the constitution means.

Today- when you get triggered and post your selective interpretation of freedom etc- please note and self contemplate- are you really being free or that trigger is being cause by an engineered conditioned response.

 As I said-that the constitution of India is an ever dynamic, ever relevant document regardless of any year-condition- situation what do I mean.
