First, wish everybody a very happy Independence Day, I bow down with respect to our forefathers and freedom fighters who sacrificed to a great extent to ensure that we live in a country that is free, vibrant and gives us the opportunity to be equal-If not better to anybody else in the world- Sadar Naman to India and Sadar Naman to all Indians.
Today, as the tricolour unfurls against the morning sky, I reaffirm the9×12 Way of living my India —
For me
INDEPENDENCE MEANS
In- Inclusive, incisive, inspirational
National Duty — for me, not a choice, but a sacred oath.
Duty — beyond convenience, beyond self.
Ever Present — in thought, word, and deed.
Ever New — because love for the motherland never ages.
Ever Dedicated — to her spirit, her soil, her soul.
Ever Noble — in conduct, in sacrifice, in service.
Continuously Evolving — to meet her call in every era.
I stand Ever Green, like her fields.
Ever Precious, like her gems.
And Ever Resolute, like her history.
To my fellow countrymen, to the Indian diaspora, and to every heart that beats for her —
May we always carry India not just in our passports, but in our pulse.
May our Independence be not just a date, but a daily devotion.
Today is a very rare day- Its a Friday too so Celebration is a given the Fact that Venus and Jupiter- Both the Supreme Guru’s lie in the embrace of the crescent Moon
