FISH- A Better way to adapt, live and resolve conflict
At the very outset Many Auspicious Greetings on the Birth Anniversary of Bhagwan Mahaveer and I wish all the followers and brothers and sisters of the Jain community.
One of the major teachings of Lord Mahavir is " Non Violence". Amongst the many virtues of life this is very very difficult. People on the outside think it is lack of physical violence or aggression but it is much more than that.
Non violence starts with self. Two examples
Do not be so severe on yourself. Do not judge yourself. Compare yourself and say how unfortunate you are- This is also a a form of violence.
Refrain from winning small arguments to assert your importance. This is a childish form of Violence. More than practice of Non Violence externally it is important to practice internally and it is easier said than done.
Remember and appreciate that it is an ongoing process. A continuous ongoing process.
That Being said- Conflict and friction are a part of life. These are not easy situations or emotions to process especially if you are sensitive.
Today I will share the technique and the kriya for
- Practice Non Violence in the Right Way
- Face and handle conflict
Most of the problems in life arise when interacting with other humans we focus on the differences we have with them.
Now let’s flip it around and give conflict a stunning punch by adopting the technique of Fish. Fish as 2 Versions in the world of Guruji Shrii Arnav:
- Finding Incredible Similarities In Other Humans
- First Identify Similar Human- Ness traits.
For a while instead of finding difference identify the similarities in the other person. See what are their needs that are similar to yours. Need for love, recognition and acceptance. Try to be the larger and generous soul and try to satisfy them- Just Once.. Just One.. and see what a remarkable change it brings.
Implement and you have started your real journey from being an Aatma( Soul) To a Mahatama( A Great realised soul) .
Isn't that why we are born? At least that is what we have been taught.
So Start FISH-ING my dear friend and you will not need a book or a coach. You are your GOD and that journey starts this moment.
