HALT.. STOP.. DON'T DO IT.
There are certain things in life that happen and that we do which we regret later and these become a pain point.
Let us not think of the root cause of
these situations.
Let us contemplate the 4 primary triggers that fuel these fires of Rage or Depression.
So the Formula:
Dont do anything when you are in HALT Mode
HALT
H: Hungry
A: Angry
L: Lonely
T: Tired
Before Trying to fix the situation it is better to HALT
Anger in its entirety is a deck of 69 primordial complex feelings.
The First Layer is FIAT- You can watch the video and think of these situations. Once you see them as a 3rd Person and accept it - It will be easier to process.
Meanwhile After HALT the one thing that will instantly give relief is to create a CASCADE of Happy Emotions.
Consume Your Favourite Fruit instantly and take 3 deep breaths.
If You are not Big on Fruit Try your favourite Chocolate or sweet.
