The Avadhoota Way Of Living Life
In Simple Terms an Avadhoota (9) is a crazy monk who is a Jiva Mukta- Having ultimate realisation and capable of giving and granting the same to others.
By the Chant of Aadesh- Order The Avadhoota invokes the power of the Navnath Gurus for a desired end and the 5 elements of nature are commanded by him to execute his word.
The Viravavadhuta has:
1) Fine Grown Hair
2) Applies Lal Chandan- Red Sandalwood paste
3) Applies Safforn- Kesar
4) Adorns his body with Ash
5) Has a Parshu-Ritual Axe
6) Has Pierced Ears
7) Has a Damru- Drum- Cymbal
8 ) Wears Rudraksha prayer Beads
9) Wears Saffron Clothes on his Body
Is mostly clean shaven and is Mast- In a wave of ecstasy in The Leela of Lord Shiva. The Viravadhoota is a living Guru who is worshipped not just by Humans but also by animals Alike.
He is Mast Malang and gives Love to his devotees and followers publicly as compared to a Kulavadhuta who is very difficult to identify.

हस्ती-रुप गनेश भनीजे, ताकु कन्थड- नाथ कही जै।
माया-रुपी मछिन्दर - नाथ, चन्द- रुप चौरङ्गी-नाथ।
शेष-रुप अचम्भे-नाथ, वायु- रुपी गुरु गोरख नाथ।
घट-घट व्यापक घट का राव, अमी महा-रस स्त्रवती खाव।
ॐ नमो नव-नाथ- गण, चौरासी गोमेश।
आदि-नाथ आदि-पुरुष, शिव गोरख आदेश।
ॐ श्री नव-नाथाय नमः।।”
