I am resolute not to make this a long post or a philosophical post.
Why?

For Most People chasing or aiming for happiness is not a good goal.
Why?
Because for most, happiness is linked to having a desired outcome, attainment of an objective, or worse still linked to a person, material goal or title etc.
It is linked to something external.
So What's the problem?
Yes Sir, The problem is once that is achieved you will feel despair, desolate,
bored or even sad unless you have a new happiness to chase. The definition of happiness keeps changing my Good Friend.
So do you understand what is happening:
Again, You are becoming a Rat on a treadmill daily chasing a new cheese or a sweetmeat till you tire or waste away- In normal sweet language its called as Retirement and in Plain-speak its called as Redundant or Irrelevant.
Do you see this vicious circle of Happiness.
I am not the Buddha- Not yet- I cannot be happy all the time because
The People's definition and perception of happiness keeps changing and what keeps changing brings us pain because we are change resistant.
Now you will perceive my earlier words Change is the only constant in an entirely new light.
So What is a Good Goal to Have
Everyday when you wake up say:
I am alive, Healthy- It's a day of Joy
The Above is a 9 word mantra.
You can make the best of it.
Do you know what is happening.. What just happened:
I could write a 1000 pages on above But let me tell you just one
You are commanding your mind to be in the present tense- Here and Now- and that is the Goal of ultimate Yogi.
For Simple Regular folks like us to reach epic level:
Do not judge a win- Enjoy the win.
Instead of chasing Happiness chase a win every day or every moment and don't judge it.
It can be even small wins like I will read 5 pages of a book.
Once you achieve that Pat your back and go and your merry way.
You are now one step closer to Happiness rather than that treadmill that is going nowhere.
You know something: When the note app crashes as I type Its a win for me in the mind. It tells me that the Man is superior than the
machine and the machine cannot keep up at my speed.
So My Dear: Happiness is a Goal post that keeps changing everyday for majority so leave that.
You are alive today and today is another chance. Live a Glorious Life because you are alive and well- Stay Like that my friend..

At the Gayatri Shaktipeeth- The seat of power of the Sun in the Pilgrimage town of Pushkar in Rajasthan- India.
I will share just 3 things today:
- The Sanctum Sanctorum as an Akhand Jyoti( always alive and lit fire) that was carried from the Himalayas.
- There are only 7 places on planet earth where Kundalini Mata( The Mother who controls the energy of Ultimate Self Realisation) resting at the base of spine is established. This is one such place.
- As I completed the darshan and came out a White Spotless Preganant cow was waiting outside the temple to be fed. Spiritual people would know the significance.
And To have these darshan and interactions on Adhik Maas Amavasya a celestial combination that occurs after 150 years was not planned. These are pre ordained by the Grace of God.
