Which role defines you the best? What role are you best known for? What roles makes you earn money and bread? Are you true to that role?
Once you have answers to above
Your career Path is set. Bring excellence in skill, behaviour, manners to that role and remove anything additional you might doing- These are the things that will hurt you, dissipate your energy, bring you ridicule or punishment or both.
For example : If you are in the military courier service you do not go and suggest the General how to fight- You Get the Drift.

H- Hunter
E- Entertainer
S- Servant/ Server/ Service
S- Solver- Negotiator
G- Governanace/ Guide
A- Administer/ Agriculture
M- Money and Medicine
E- Enforcer
What describes you best - sharpen that skill set and and acquire characteristics around that- Stay away from anything additional that liquifies that and you will see many good things happening with you.
Contemplation 4 and Pratice
Identify your core role and primary source of income.
Always strive to be the best at it- This seems simple but it is not.
Be Respectful and devoted to your Boss.
Be a Team player with your colleagues or associates.
Be a role model to your juniors- This is also your practice for your own next generation.
Always strive to expand your repertoire, range and ecosystem.
Till you become a master of what you do stay away from any practice, thought, suggestion that cannot be numerically expressed- Any activity that cannot be put in numbers.
Thank the higher power for keeping you relevant and comfortable.
Stay away from people, nutrition, talk or gossip that does not produce a positive number.
Completion, contemplation and application of above will make you automatically the master of

Sense of Urgency

Respect
Tradition
Power
I know you are much more capable, have multifaceted talents, have a myriad of choices in this age but unless you lay the foundation as stated above- You most likely to end up in a place or state that may not ideally be conducive such as Depressed or Bitter.
Less than 1% of the people can do a double role and less than .1% can do a triple role.
Be Responsible to yourself and your future generations.
Now An example- In the Game Of Cricket we have some special players that are tagged as “ ALL ROUNDERS”- Kapil Dev, Imran Khan Etc.
Look Closely- If a non emotional comparision is made just made on sheer performance and available stats on paper- the Best all rounder will be Mr. Jacques Kallis ( From South Africa). He can get in any team just as a premier Bowler or a Batsman but he is seldom mentioned in any Greatest All Rounders list?

I wish you well and pray that you have a brilliant and satisfying career and profession because for your bulk of active life from age 24-Age 60 you will primarily be known and identified by your profession only and this is Karma- Action in Action.
Stay Blessed and Happy- Find your role and be the best at it.
