The story of King Bali and Vamana Avatar is not just mythology, it is the origin of gem therapy itself. From Bali’s crystalline body, the Ratna Chaurasi (84 gems) emerged—each a beacon of light, destiny, and dharma.
On this sacred day, I bow to all my teachers:
- The Teacher who gave information
- The Upadhyay who added knowledge
- The Acharya who imparted skill
- The Pandit who bestowed deep insight
- The Guru who revealed wisdom and common sense
I bow at the Lotus feet of all my teachers and offers my respect to those with whom I did not get along, and that would be most of them, but the ones with whom certain friction was created. I express my gratitude for I learnt how exactly what not to do as a teacher And till today I try my very best to empower my students and disciples with information that is actionable, real and result oriented rather than information that gets you a degree, but no knowledge.

Here it is very important to know the subtle difference between different kind of teachers. I have earlier described it in detail, but here I reproduce it for your ease of reference:
Who is a GURU?
The Person Who Gives Information is a " Teacher"
The Person who gives Information+ knowledge is an "Upadhyay"
The Person who gives Knowledge + Skill is an " Acharya"
The Person who gives all this plus a deep insight is a " Pandit"
The Person who gives all this plus Wisdom and Common Sense is a " Guru"
Today I can emphatically say: To have a good teacher is the biggest good fortune of all and it is only the Guru through which whom we can find GOD
A Nostalgic Note on Onam
On Onam, my heart remembers the warmth of my Malayali devotees and friends. The joy of sharing a traditional Onam Sadhya—a feast served with love on banana leaves, each dish carrying not just flavor but memory and devotion—is deeply missed. The laughter, the fragrance of avial, sambar, and payasam, and the spirit of unity remain etched in my heart. Though distance separates, the bond remains timeless.
The true essence of Onam is to celebrate the great sacrifice of Raja Mahabali and the Grace of Lord Narayana- the Lord of the 3rd worlds and my Boss- Lord Mahavishnu
