This is basically the crux of this post and my involvement with Chagee & their vision to create 3,00,000 employment opportunities worldwide.

Double Customer?
As a consultant customer who conducted secret audits for brand success and a customer who enjoys a good tea especially if it comes from Yunnan and who also happens to be ambassador and mentors of the Grant’s Distillery- one of the most impeccable scotch whiskeys and single malts of the world.
So what exactly happened- Here it is in the 9:12 way:
1. I arrived incognito. No brief. No bouquet. Just pure observation.
2. The Opening bell rang with cutting of the ribbon and the announcement of we are ready to take the orders.
By 6 seconds the wait time for servicing the cue was 475 seconds.
Yes, in 6 seconds- wait queue became 475 seconds.
Immensely Satisfying to see success of my clients.
The queue counter flashed: 475 minutes wait time for next order.
People waited, eyes glowing. - Long queue that extended to a Kilo-meter and a Half.
THAT IS A BUSINESS- THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE.A portion is in my stories section today.
3. I smiled. 4 + 7 + 5 = 16 → 1 + 6 = 7 — Ketu, Moksha, Insight.
4. I became 476. Not the first to enter, but the one to remember. But i was the 12th to be served the haloed brew from ancient yunan.
That I was the 12th or I was served one of the rarest brews -what was better?
Well , Um- it’s like a choice between Heaven and Heaven- I Leave it to your imagination.
5. CHAGEE isn’t just a drink. It’s a legacy brewing from Yunnan’s misty hills.
6. Near the ancient tea-horse caravan trails of Myanmar and Yunnan, tea was currency — and memory.
7. I tasted more than milk tea. I tasted vision, discipline, silence, and expansion.
8. My Secret Audit -Part 2 began — unnoticed, unfiltered. Watching people, process, and pulse. . We had bought Chagee till here but what happens when we see those volumes bursting by 10 X- I was happy what I saw
9. I applied the PASTE principle: Problems And Solutions Together Exist.
10. It wasn’t about speed. It was about spirit. The founders didn’t rush it.
a) Entrepreneurs break down when taste loses truth. But here, the flavor aligned with the future.
b) From temple rice to CHAGEE’s Teaspresso, I’ve learned: God rewards those with taste — of tea, timing, and truth. and Venus- Shukra- The Planet of Luxury, beauty and all things fine follows that too.
A NASDAQ Moment, A Legacy Affirmed
When CHAGEE rang the bell at NASDAQ, it wasn’t just a corporate milestone — it was a cultural coronation.
To see a brand rooted in the ancient caravan trails of Yunnan, flavored by tradition, and steeped in patience, make its mark on the world’s most aggressive financial stage — was deeply moving.
As someone who has seen brands struggle, break, rebuild, and rise, I felt immense pride watching CHAGEE step into that rare league where legacy meets liquidity.
That I could be part of this moment — not as a spectator, but as a silent architect through observation, taste, and counsel — is a blessing I acknowledge with folded hands.
Thanks and gratitude to the founding fathers who burnt the midnight oil with me at odd hours and overlapping time zones.
We did not create a brand of Tea.. We offered our obeisance to the Leaf and the spirit of Yunan who exhorted us to dream big and leave a legacy that will be cherished much after we are Gone.
