According to the sacred texts, there are 8 main different types of siddhis. Goddess Siddhidatri is regarded as the amalgamation of the powers of eight other forms of Durga worshipped on previous days. सिद्धगन्धर्वयक्षाद्यैरसुरैरमरैरपि !
