Return and Refunds

In case the order is cancelled from your end, after placement of the order the following charges shall be deducted and balance shall be refunded:
- In case of payments through 2Checkout.com payment gateway, the payment processing charges (5.5% of the final order value plus $ 0.45) charged by 2checkout.com at actual are non-refundable.
2checkout.com payment gateway is only for export orders. - For payments through direct bank transfer, no payment transaction fees are deducted. Full amount is refunded back.
- In case of payments through Payu Money payment gateway, the payment processing charges (3.422 % of the actual order value, towards the processing charges inclusive of the applicable GST (18%)) charged by Payu money payment gateway at actual are non-refundable. It is applicable for all credit card, debit card, net banking and other wallet payments. In case of Amex card payment, the processing charges are 4.6% inclusive of the applicable GST (18%).
- In case of payments through Secure EBS payment gateway, the payment processing charges (2.655 % on the actual order value, towards the processing charges inclusive of the applicable GST (18%)) charged by Secure EBS payment gateway, at actual are non-refundable. It is applicable for all credit card, debit card, net banking and other wallet payments. In case of Amex card payment, the processing charges are 5.9% inclusive of the applicable GST (18%).
In case the order is cancelled after 5 business days of placing the order & if the product is already ready,
- In case of payments through any of the above payment gateways, in addition to the respective payment processing charges (5%) charged for processing the order, the ring/pendant making charges as applicable are non-refundable.
ii. For payments through direct bank transfer, no payment transaction fees are deducted. However the ring / pendant making charges as applicable will be deducted and balance amount is refunded back
