Here is a brief summary of our Plan of action upfront: Gemstoneuniverse Boutique Store Bangalore and walk in Patrons Our Gem Gallery is open from 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM IST(Monday to Saturday). Sunday and Tuesday are off. Our Gem Gallery has been sanitized and fully operational now. All GSU team members are 100% vaccinated. Our workshop is fully opened now and the article making has commenced for all the orders. Many orders that are ready will be scheduled for final shipment, after the necessary quality check and the complete Vedic Consecration and Energization. New online orders (Gemstone set in ring / pendant or loose gem): We are accepting all online orders now. We are processing all orders using the First Come - First Serve Approach. Domestic Shipments: We will be commencing the shipments of domestic online orders (within India) of Gemstones set in ring / pendant, soon once the final consecration of rings and pendants is completed. The postal authority is taking the booking and packages are being delivered within India, to places which are safe zones. There is no shipments to places which has been classified as contaminated zones by the government. Hence before doing the final shipment, we are taking the final confirmation with our patrons and then only doing the shipment. If you delivery address is in safe zone within India, then the package shall be shipped, after your confirmation. However the packages are taking slightly longer for final delivery. It is taking between 5 to 10 business days’ time for the final delivery within India. Export Shipments: The international shipments / all export shipments will commence shortly, as the international flights has not fully resumed for all destinations. From Bangalore, India, the precious gems and jewellery is exported by the Postal Mode only. Currently the exports for major countries like USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Oman and UAE, are being booked by the postal authority and hence we shall be commencing the export shipments shortly, for all packages that are ready for these countries. Currently all international shipments to Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, few parts of Europe are stopped due to non-availability of International flights. As soon as the International shipping for precious gems and jewellery for the pending countries commences, we shall keep all our patrons, informed. We are processing orders using the First Come- First Serve Approach. Your rings/ pendants will be made in the order of date received and these will be processed and shipped. Domestic Shipments: These will resume as soon as Lockdown ends. We will resume the shipping for all domestic orders at those places which are serviceable by the Indian Post, as soon as the lockdown ends. If your area is under the green / safe zone then only the package would be delivered by the India Post. The packages are being delivered in 5-10 business days’ time from the date of shipment. It can be more also and less time also. This is only for your information. We hope you understand the current situation that we all are facing all over the world. International Shipments: All international shipments would resume from 15th of June 2021 onwards once the lock down is over. Currently all international shipments to Canada, Ireland, UAE, few parts of Europe and stopped due to non-availability of International flights. As and when they will resume we shall update. Presently the shipments to New Zealand are not happening till further notice from the Postal Authority. The international shipments shall resume once the lock down is over. Regarding the delivery and transit time, the postal authority has also stated that since the international flights are limited only, hence there shall be some delays in reaching the final destination. Also if there is lockdown in destination country and no flight connection, then the final package shipment will have delays in reaching destination country. Some delays are expected due to disruption in flight services The existing orders for rings / pendant that we have received till date, are all in process and the respective packages will be shipped once the lock down is over. The existing orders for which the rings, pendants and gemstones for which the international shipments are not happening currently are all consecrated and ready and are safely stored in the Vault. We have got an update from the Bangalore customs and postal authority has confirmed that the International shipping for 18 countries has commenced and hence we can do the export shipment. These countries are: USA, UK, Canada, Austria, Bahrain, Finland, France, Germany, Hungry, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Philippines, UAE, Ukraine, and Vietnam. If your country is not in this list as of now kindly send us an email before placing your order. The postal authority has also stated that since the number international flights are limited as of now there shall be some delays in reaching the final destination. However the Government has allowed the Jewellery stores to be opened with limited staff. At the very outset, “A BIG THANK YOU” to those patrons who still placed orders despite the lockdown and the related uncertainty. You are a star and proved that YOU ARE A GEM in the real sense. The Gemstoneuniverse Boutique Store and the Gemstoneuniverse Bench Jewellery Workshop shall be open from May 5th, 2020 onwards from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, on all days till further notice. We shall receive visitors/ clients and patrons keeping all Covid-19 prevention measures. The postal authorities are taking the booking, but since the domestic flights and trains are not operation, the packages are taking very long time and there is no certainty as by when the package will be delivered to the final destination. We suggest that we prepare and consecrate your packages and keep them in our secure vault till there is some predictability in delivery.
